Leading globally dispersed teams, he has driven a number of high-impact, sustainable IT change programs across the globe, establishing credibility and trust with key stakeholders and demonstrating clear leadership and a strong passion for business success.
As Head of Technologies, EMEA at American Express, Andrew was responsible for technology supporting international consumer cards and customer services, billing and rewards systems, dispute handling capabilities and interactive banking and servicing.
At Vertex Andrew is responsible for leading IT solutions strategy globally to deliver the highest levels of operational service through IT Operations, Architecture and Service Management.
