Anne joined Vertex as Company Secretary & General Legal Counsel in 2008. Anne brings to Vertex a wealth of legal and commercial experience, combined with an extensive knowledge of the utilities and outsourcing markets.
Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and after a career in private practice, most recently with Allen & Overy in London, she moved in-house, joining SAIC Inc as their first European Legal Counsel.
Immediately prior to joining Vertex, Anne was Head of Corporate Development at Anglian Water Group (AWG) and General Counsel and Company Secretary for AWG's subsidiary, Morrison Plc.
