Bruce joined Vertex in 2008 as Managing Director, UK Private Sector. Having led several large Business Process Outsourcing operations in the UK, South Africa, Europe and the Far East, Bruce has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Over the past 13 years, he has taken on the roles of Managing Director at Ventura, led the MBI team of Telecom Service Centres (TCS) and most recently took on the role of Group CEO for Merchants (part of Dimension Data). The last few years has seen Bruce fulfill various consulting roles encompassing business reviews, preparing strategic plans through implementation, funding and acquisition.
Bruce has a corporate background gained in Banking and Finance and spent 20 years at Lloyds Bank having held various senior roles including Managing Director of the Jersey-based offshore banking team.
Bruce is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Institute of Directors.
