Dan joined Vertex in 2009 as the Managing Director for North America Utilities, and is responsible for all aspects of the business including strategy, business development, and delivery.
Dan has spent over 30 years in the Information Technology Industry. Prior to joining Vertex, he was Partner at Accenture where he had responsibility for application systems outsourcing for the North America Resources practice (Utilities, Oil, Chemicals and Natural Resources). Prior to Accenture, Dan was Vice President of North American Outsourcing at Cap Gemini. He also has held executive level positions at Ernst & Young and IBM.
Dan has built expertise in developing executive relationships and applying technology and solutions to business needs through a solid understanding of financial analysis, capital budgeting and technology applications.
