Keshav joined Vertex as Chief Executive Officer for Vertex India in 2009. As the head of India, Keshav is responsible for leading the Indian team as part of Vertex’s global strategy, as well as growing Vertex’s business in the emerging India domestic market.
Keshav began his career in advertising with Hindustan Thompson Associates (HTA), and then transitioned into the Banking and Financial services industry where he held senior roles at Citibank, American Express Bank and GE Capital – India Bank Card.
In the BPO space, Keshav headed the Telecom Business Unit at Daksh eServices Pvt. Ltd (now IBM Daksh). As a member of the executive team, he played a key role in shaping the organization’s growth strategy and also managed their travel, leisure and e-commerce business units. Following Daksh, Keshav joined Fidelity Business Services India where he held the positions of Head of Business Operations and Country Head.
