Pete is responsible for the delivery of Vertex’s Customer Management services across the globe. This incorporates our services in the UK, North America, and India.
Pete joined Vertex in 2007. His background spans many years at senior levels within the contact center industry, including Director of Retail and Contact Centres at Thomas Cook, Chief Operating Officer at HML, the UK’s largest mortgage servicing outsourcer, and Managing Director of Telephone Distribution for Abbey.
