Phil Commenced with Mobil Oil Australia developing their Customer Support strategy some 20 years ago since then he has gone onto support their Asia Pacific requirements ranging from CMO through to logistical requirements and hosting support.
Phil has been involved in the call center industry for the past 16 years. During this time, he has designed and implemented call centres for many organizations throughout the Asia-Pacific region (Hewlett-Packard, Shell Oil and ANZ to name a few)
Phil moved to PCI with the charter of developing their CMO strategy. This initially commenced with eight seats, and now boasts over 1200 seats in the region. Phil has led the transformation of the PCI CMO platform into the operation it is today.
Vertex aquired PCI in 2010.
As CEO, Phil has developed PCI into one of Australia’s premier outsourcing companies, creating relationships with many major Australian and Multi National organizations. The deliverables that PCI offer today cover the full gamut of solutions companies are seeking from a professional CMO provider.
