Susie joined Vertex in 2007. She is responsible for the provision of shared services to all of Vertex’s business units globally, including business development support, solution design, new client transitions and location strategy. She also leads the strategy and delivery of the operational support functions that are core to our business, like planning and forecasting, customer satisfaction and quality, and agent training.
Prior to joining Vertex, Susie spent several years in retail financial services, holding senior roles in operations, vendor management, finance, and business planning at RBS Card Services, Citigroup, and Juniper Bank (now Barclaycard USA).
She has led major transition, turnaround, and change efforts in both start-up and established organizations. Susie began her career at Goldman Sachs with assignments in both New York and London.
