I head up our central government business and am responsible for the segment strategy, development of the sales pipeline and the live contracts. Put simply, I represent Vertex’s interests into the client base and theirs into Vertex.
I have a good understanding of the peculiarities of the sector having worked in it for more years than I care to remember. I’ve led consultancy and strategy practices, strategic account directorships for IT outsource services and worked extensively in marketing and business development.
Great clients are clients who genuinely work in partnership and seek our advice – and continue to buy from us. Above all great clients are clients who recommend us to other people. We have great clients! But we only have them because every individual in the team, selling and delivering services, has a passion for excellence - and where their enthusiasm and ideas are infectious.
