I motivate a team of customer advisors on the National Trust contract to fulfil their roles & responsibilities. Through day-to-day support on every aspect of their duties and by skills coaching, I ultimately help the team provide our customers with the best possible service.
I am passionate about the overall performance of the contract and the business. I regularly analyse statistical information provided in Vertex’s leading edge reporting tools and research tools. I share my knowledge and expertise at every opportunity to ensure everyone on the team is up to speed on the latest processes and can deliver maximum efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.
My team are fully equipped to deliver performance against targets, knowing they have all the relevant support they need available. As a team, we always look at different ways of doing things to discover the true value and innovation that our clients expect.
