I have the pleasure of leading our team of SMEs. I joined Vertex in February 2009 on a consultancy basis and became a permanent member of staff in December 2009. I have spent more than 30 years in the FS industry having worked primarily with Prudential where I held various senior positions including Customer Service Director Life & Pensions and Head of UK Outsourcing.In the latter role I was a client of Vertex and so I have a view of the organisation from more angles than most.
I am naturally competitive and enthusiastic and finding the right solution for a client who values our help is a fantastic motivation.
