I'm a Management Development Consultant with responsibility for helping develop our management population. I've spent the last four years at Vertex although have over ten years experience in learning and development roles; coaching and developing too many people to count!. The strong belief I have is that everyone has the potential to succeed and I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing people improve and grow.
One of the most difficult skills for managers is to understand people and what makes them tick. I like to think that the Management Development offers both traditional and innovative ways of helping managers to develop these skills. If staff feel motivated and valued then they pass this on to the customer, which is always a good thing!
