With a background in e-commerce and financial services, I am engaged on the design and development of propositions that will change the delivery of multi-channel customer management services to citizens.
In addition to the challenge of adding value by reducing costs whilst increasing service and quality, the extra stretch in public sector is the ability to reach out to the digitally excluded and be inclusive in the way we interact with customers. The challenge of squaring this circle in a way that delivers value to clients is what makes my job at Vertex so fascinating!
