As Business Development Director for Financial Services, I focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial “same side of the table” relationships with clients, sharing risk and reward. I have great support from a professional 12-strong team, ranging from Business Development Managers to sector-specific subject matter experts.
Seven of my 15 years business development experience is with Vertex. I’ve built deep technology, BPO and Customer Management experience across the entire lifecycle from customer acquisition right through to operational delivery and ongoing development, operated in multiple industry verticals. I have specialised in Financial Services for the last 5 years.
A key responsibility is to capture the voice of the customer and amplify this within Vertex. By putting the customer at the heart of our services, we continually and critically appraise our capabilities and propositions to drive best practice and innovation, aligned to the rapidly evolving FS markets demands.
