Vertex, a leading international Customer Management Outsourcing business with clients in the private and public sectors, is proud to announce that Donna Walker has been named as ‘Best Contact Center Trainer’ at the Global Contact Center World Awards (CCWA).
Donna receives the ultimate accolade at the Global Contact Center Awards in Las Vegas having secured her place in the global final earlier this year when she was named Best Contact Center Trainer for the CCWA’s EMEA region.
All finalists had to deliver a presentation to the CCWA judges followed by an in-depth interview which assessed their training experience, program planning and delivery and evaluation methodologies.

Donna joined Vertex in January 2003 as a Customer Advisor and moved into the training team just over two years ago. In her role as a Core Trainer, she is responsible for delivering technical and procedural training and development solutions for the Companies House contract.
