Vertex maintains No.1 position in UK contact centre league

Vertex, it was announced yesterday, has maintained the lead position in the UK contact centre league for the second year. The contact centre league table, unveiled by Marketing Magazine, ranks contact centre providers by their 2008 turnover – a process which saw Vertex claim the top spot.

Philip Michell, consulting director, Vertex said, “Contact centres play a crucial role in the provision of customer services despite being at the more functional, less glamorous end of the marketing spectrum.”
