Vertex Australia Management Buy Out

Vertex, a leading global Customer Management Outsourcing business with clients in the private and public sectors, has agreed the sale of its Australian Business to a management team led by Vertex Australia CEO – Phil Allan for an undisclosed sum.
Commenting on the sale, Paul Sweeny, CEO of Vertex said: “We believe that local ownership will result in the business being better placed to maximise the long-term potential offered in the Australian market. We will continue to focus on and grow in the areas where we are acknowledged as leaders – the public and financial services sector in the UK, North American utilities and the domestic Indian market.”
All Vertex Australia employees will transfer to the new company.
