Vertex ranks in the Global Top 50 of BPO Providers

Vertex, a leading global BPO and Customer Management Outsourcer with clients in the private and public sectors, is proud to announce that it has been ranked in the Global Top 50 of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers for 2010 by The Black Book of Outsourcing, a Datamonitor Group company.

In its report titled, State of the Outsourcing Industry 2010, The Black Book of Outsourcing captured the experiences of BPO vendors’ clients via 6,500 surveys examining over 30,000 service experiences globally.
